Mitch Epstein
English Elm, Washington Square Park, Manhattan, 2012
Totally bowled over by this series by Mitch Epstein that was featured in this weekend’s New York Times Magazine. Luckily, the slideshow is online too.
Developed a film that’s been sitting in my trusty Nikon F75 for at least a year. I took a few shots when I was in SF a few months ago - this one’s a winner. More over at my Flickr.

Bernard Voïta
Struggling to find much information on Voïta, but this series of photographs is just beautiful, not to mention remarkably prescient. (via readysetinternet)

Despite its unpredictable nature, I love my LC-A camera. It smells like oil, makes the most satisfying sounds, and feels better in my hand than any camera I’ve ever owned. That being said, I want this very badly - The Instant Back+ attachment for the LC-A that takes Fuji Instax film. £95. Yes please.

Moving my Flickr prompted me to sort through my contacts, which lead to some long overdue time spent with James P. Morse’s collection of photos. Beautiful as ever.
